Frank L Carbaugh Post 373 supports all veterans, active duty and retired, with a place to gather for food and comradeship, and help in time of need. Members support the Martinsburg VA Hospital. The Post's success depends entirely on active membership, participation and volunteerism. The organization belongs to the people it serves and the community in which it thrives. Many civic groups use the facility for their regular meetings. The post sponsors Cub Scout Pack 13, provides scholarships, donates to many civic organizations and local charities.
